THINGS THAT I DO TO REDUCE MY DEPRESSION IS SPENDING ALONE TIME DOING
SELF CARE SUCH AS SHOWERING, SKIN CARE, AND CLEANING MY HOME. THIS
HELPS ME WHEN I AM HAVING MY DEPRESSING THOUGHTS BY MAKING MYSELF FEEL
CLEAN AND REFRESHED. AFTER I DO THESE THINGS, I FEEL AS IF I CAN RELAX
BECAUSE I WAS PRODUCTIVE.
My motive of reproducing the above was to prove a very vital point
that the urge to heal your depression comes from within yourself. You
have to ignite your fighting spirit. In case you don’t do for yourself
nobody can help you, no therapy can work on you, no medicines will
affect you. Hope you will agree me on this point, so here are Steps to
follow.
1. Be Active, Agile and Attentive. In nutshell by all means you
should remain busy with any productive activity. It will fill up all
the vacuum in your mind not allowing any negative thoughts.
2. Surrender to your lordship in which you believe in. You will
never feel alone, you will feel somebody is always with you and it
will never let you down. It will maintain your Self Confidence to the
maximum. This the key to heal depression faster.
3. Socially engage yourself. Help someone if you can. Donate if
you can afford. Give your time and energy for a social cause, join a
group of likeminded people, let the world say we need you. You will be
relaxed and enjoy your life in humbleness.
